We're excited to bring everyone together for a fun, engaging evening. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to connect and enjoy a fantastic evening by the water. Dine with IR colleagues at our popular steak-and-lobster dinner, which has sold out for the past four years. Two amazing events in one night!
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm: Cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvres including ahi tuna with mango salsa, eggplant crostini, figs with brie cheese and honey, and chicken skewers
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm: Presentation with Q&A from Rebecca Corbin, CEO of Corbin Advisors
6:15 pm - 8:00 pm: Seated dinner with chopped salad (romaine lettuce, Persian cucumbers, tomatoes with fresh mint, Italian parsley, and lemon vinaigrette), garlic bread, main course, and dessert (tiramisu with fresh berries).
Main course: Choose either South Beach Lobster Tail, Filet Mignon with mushrooms and red wine sauce, 'Surf and Turf' (lobster tail and filet mignon), or vegetarian mushroom risotto. Served with grilled corn, grilled asparagus, and roasted rosemary potatoes.
Open bar: beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages included.
