Our Mission

The NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter was formed to advance the practice of investor relations within the local business environment. In keeping with this mission, the Chapter focuses on IR education, mentoring, and networking with the broad professional community. Our goal is to further the skills of our members, to expand their business opportunities, to increase Chapter membership, and to foster an environment that promotes IR learning for all.

Inside The Buy-Side with Rebecca Corbin at AMD

NIRI Silicon Valley is pleased to invite you to AMD's Santa Clara Headquarters for a value-add presentation on the state of the markets with Rebecca Corbin, Founder & CEO of Corbin Advisors. The session will be followed by a networking event and refreshments.

Description:Catch up with your IR colleagues and make new connections over drinks and dinner on October 9th at the South Beach Yacht Club in San Francisco! We're excited to host our popular steak and lobster dinner which sold out in 2022 and 2023!
Venue:South Beach Yacht Club - 899 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. This private clubhouse features unique in-door/ out-door seating and sliding doors/windows that will remain open during the event while we enjoy views of the harbor and SF Bay!
Dinner:
  • 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Cocktail reception with stationed hors d'oeuvres, including flatbread, charcuterie board, California rolls, and shrimp cocktail.
  • 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Plated dinner with salad, garlic bread, main course, and dessert.
  • Main course: Choose South Beach Lobster Tail 9 oz or Prime Black Angus Short-Rib. Served with black truffle purée potatoes and saffron glaze carrots. Vegetarian mushroom risotto pasta is also available.
